1. Regular Procurement Schedule

• Order Period: Orders placed between the 16th of the previous month and the 1st of the current month.
• Processing Date: Orders are processed on the 1st of the current month.
• Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered by the 15th of the same month.

📌 Example:

• If you place an order between February 16 and March 1, your order will be processed on March 1 and delivered by March 15.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• The minimum order requirement is 30 kg per order.
• Example: 30 kg of roses ≈ 600 stems

3. Immediate Shipment for Bulk Orders

• Orders over 300kg qualify for immediate shipment.
• Delivery time is 10-15 days instead of the regular schedule.

📌 Example:

• If you place an order of 350kg on March 5, the estimated delivery timeframe will be between March 15 – March 20 (10-15 days from order placement).
